Taylor Durand

Taylor brings a competitive, results-driven approach to representing owners, occupiers, and investors across East Tennessee.

As co-founder of the Industrial Advisory Group alongside Matt Strother, Taylor leads a team that has transacted over $135,000,000 in industrial deal volume since 2023, earning recognition as one of the region's most active industrial brokerage teams.

Taylor joined Lee & Associates in July 2026 after nearly four years at SVN | Wood Properties, where he was consistently ranked among the top 50 advisors nationwide and received numerous awards. He is also a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

A native of Oak Ridge, TN, Taylor attended Western Carolina University, where he was a two-sport athlete before playing professional baseball in the Toronto Blue Jays organization. He brings that same competitive discipline to the industrial real estate business. Taylor splits his time between Knoxville and Nashville, and outside the office enjoys golf, travel, and time with friends and family.
